Cabana Bar has become THE place to dine whether it’s a long lunch or a quick bite to eat before the theatre! We are looking for Kitchen Hands and Chef de Parties to assist in this booming kitchen. Day and evening shifts available.

In this role you will be working under our experienced Head Chef who prides himself on training and development.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring venue presentation is to the standard expected at Cabana Bar. The floor is the first impression for our guests, and you will play an integral role in this. You will work as a team to clear the floor, replenish the bar with stock and glassware and run food and beverages to our customers. The floor is only the beginning; at Cabana Bar we hold monthly Bar 101, speed and efficiency, and cocktail training to help you to develop new skills and make you a hospitality all-rounder in no time.

As Cabana Bar’s host you will be our guests’ first impression of our venue and your smiling face will set the tone for all of our guests’ evenings! In this role you will be seating guests, guiding them through the venue and ordering processes. At Cabana Bar have removed the word ‘No’ from our vocabulary - we always find a way for guests to come in and enjoy the venue so be prepared to play the ultimate game of Tetris. You will be supported by our operations management team and work closely with our reservations manager to maximise bookings numbers. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for customer service and wants to escape bar closes!
